Messages and access requests
When you use a form, DRB3 Studios stores your name, email address, message, request type, and any game version or portfolio link you provide. The studio uses this information to review playtest requests, investigate bugs, respond to inquiries, and manage tester access.
Messages are stored using the website hosting platform’s database. Hosting providers may also process technical request information needed to operate and protect the service. The forms do not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Game activation and developer agreements
If you activate a game copy, the studio stores an assigned player ID, name, access role, random installation ID, activation time, and keyed hashes of your access code and online credential. Developer agreement records include document versions, document hashes, installation ID, and the server-recorded acceptance time. These records support access control, support requests, and evidence of acceptance. A random installation ID is not a hardware serial number.
Activation attempts use a short-lived hash derived from the request IP address for rate limiting. Your activation credential is stored locally using Windows account protection, outside the game files. Records are retained while needed to administer access, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Contact DRBeerly@gmail.com about access, correction, or deletion. Requests may require identity verification, and some agreement records may need to be retained.
Your choices
Do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information in a message. To request correction or deletion of a submission, use the contact form and include its reference number and the email address used. We may need to verify the request before acting.
